Originally a carriage horse, infusions of Thoroughbred blood lightened it to make it more agile and useful for competition. The Hanoverian is known for a good temperament, athleticism, beauty, and grace. This Bay Hanoverian Mare by CollectA is performing the dressage "passage" - A very collected trot, in which the horse has great elevation of stride and seems to pause between each stride.
