Fisher's Scone Mix Blueberry Waffle Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Fisher Blueberry Scone Mix
1 1/4 cups cold water
3 large eggs
1/3 cup cream

Directions:

Preheat waffle iron. Beat together water, eggs and cream. Add scone mix and whiskto blend. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.) Pour 1/4 cup batter per 4-inchsquareb onto lightly greased waffle iron. Bake as directed by manufacturer or until steaming stops. Serve hot. Makes 12, 4-inch waffles.
