Cedar Planked Mustard Dill Salmon

BBQ Salmon

12 cup Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Honey
3 tsp. Fresh dill (or 1 tsp. Dried)
1 tsp. Kosher salt
4-6 oz salmon fillets
1 grilling plank, soaked


Combine mustard with honey, dill, and salt in small bowl. Spread mixture over salmon, reserving 3 teaspoons. Heat grill to 350F. Place soaked plank on grill, close lid and allow plank to heat for three minutes. Flip plank, place salmon on plank, close lid and cook for 12 minutes, or until salmon reaches 155 internally. Salmon will continue to cook once it has been removed from the grill. Mix remaining mustard mixture with sour cream or melted butter to spoon over fish for a finishing sauce.

Serves 4 hungry people very well.
